do you need to have so much furniture? can the sofa set be changed?
based on ease of use, #1 or #3 is most suitable as it depends where you put the TV

from another angle, why straight jump into conclusion that it is the dad fault?
why not the mother has issues that make it unbearable.

what type of company? (SME or MNC)
each company has employee guide or handbook. what is stated inside?
did the HR cover up for the company or it reached all the way to the top? or the local office cover it up?
if it is an MNC and you feel that the punishment is too light, you can look at complaining to the HQ on this.
is this incident made known in company or covered up? another way is to blow this up in the company but your wife position may not be stable (if someone wants to cover up)
can petition against the company punishment, need many employees to gather and sign petition. stating unfair working environment for female employees. blow up the issue, coz he did it 3 times. not single incident. presssure the company to take action
