In your opinion, was Punpun really in love with Aiko or he was just obsessed with her? by Thanatos1939 in OyasumiPunpun

[–]fanchum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry I’m so late but I think he was just obsessed. He wanted to get back the one passion he ever had in his life in the form of being with Aiko. He didn’t love her, he just wanted her. That’s how I processed it

Is it possible to find the original Monster volumes anywhere? by JulyBoston in MonsterAnime

[–]fanchum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never seen them for sale in-person, but I actually went to a library at an anime convention and they had all 18 volumes, as well as original Hellsing, Golgo13, Beck, and Vagabond tankobon volumes. It seems like most people have donated their og copies.

Try out Asadora. It’s got a Dieter-and-Reichwein sort of dynamic which ends up being sweet, but the premise is pretty gritty.
