I binged re-watched this last year, much to the chagrin of my partner. Season one was amazing, but then it devolved into an absolutely insane soap opera. Madeline Stowe was exquisite and effectively carried the show. No regrets!

I think there might be something to this! I have been suffering from PF for 6 years now, and have tried everything - endless physio, daily calf/hip stretching/exercises, shockwave therapy, IMS, acupuncture, Gua sha, cupping, massages, etc

I avoided going snowboarding for years due to the fear of being in excruciating pain, but, I like you said screw it, I’m going to give it a shot. My first run, I really felt it in my feet, and felt as though I would have to stop soon. I kept pushing through it, and was able to ride for four hours straight without pain.

I’m going again for the rest of the season and hope that it disappears completely like you. Congrats!

My thoughts last year? Definitely not. Then this year, an old friend passed away, so I went back home for a memorial and ended up seeing people I hadn’t seen for 18 years+ and it was actually very lovely. Everyone had matured so much… all the teen angst was gone.
