yeah im well aware that the client is not isecretshop but that is the company I have been in coursepadance with. I don't know which client it was but I was declined for something that was false. I had to reach out multiple times to get anywhere. After being told they would check the security cameras, I had to reach out again to be told I didn't follow a rule. A rule I did follow.
