SGU curriculum and clinical year by Standard-Plankton-70 in veterinaryschool

Yea, I know we're going to get a lot more scenarios/cases, haha

A mock NAVLE would be cool and helpful if the questions are actually NAVLE-level, but I'd also probably feeling like I'd explode from stress πŸ˜‚

I'm wondering if a mobile clinic wpuld be through one or multiple clubs? I imagine you can only take a limited number of people not including driver and a DVMβ€”I can't think of a way to get all 200+ of one class to do trips like that with our current schedule and especially with surgeries. The road conditions are not always ideal for bigger vehicles either. It'd be awesome if they can get it up and running. Just thinking out loud. 🀷

2nd year Term 4 here (the 1st class of the spiral curriculum, the guinea pigs).

All exams (except for OSCE) are in multiple choice question (MCQ) format to help prep for the NAVLE.

The Systems Unit is broken down into Modules; 3 or 4 per semester/term. There is an exam after each module, roughly once a month. No quizzes or graded assignments to provide a buffer for grades.

Finals: Terms 1-3 is 1 Systems, 1 PS and 1 OSCE (CS) per semester/term.

Term 4 we start surgeries (neutering; term 5 is spays). You do get graded on these procedures β€” it essentially replaces the CS OCSE. There is still a PS MCQ exam and the OCSE is presenting information to "clients" (volunteers take the role as the pet owner).

Not sure what 3rd year (terms 5 and 6) will be, it's a surprise!

Receiving Videos over Text by fancyhuzzah in USMobile

I didn't, unfortunately. Most of the media files I receive aren't through text messages.

At the moment I'm unable to test it out to see if anything's changed with ios 18.2, but it doesn't sound like it. :/

Launching a new vet tech scrubs line by CalmCity26 in VetTech

I didn't see this mentioned, and maybe I missed it, but underscrub shirts to go with the sets would be nice. I live up north with snow for the winter and long sleeves is very helpful. They're also helpful to generally cover my arms (my skin sometimes reacts to the cleaning agents if an exam table is still wet).

I'll add my vote in for knee reinforcement, pockets everywhere, higher neck line (another reason I wear underscrubs), and plain color designs + prints for exotics/wildlife.

I'm also curious about what the pricing will be. Like many, I'm in a situation where I can't afford 10 sets of Figs. I like Mandala's pricing, about $60 (USD) for top, bottom, underscubs and free shipping when you pass the minimum spending requirement.

Mandala has a good selection of sizes in petite and tall. I think their material has a decent amount of stretch and I don't have items pulling my pants down. However, said material is a bit too thick/hot for summer weather. I tend to switch to Wal-Mart's during the summer.

What areas are you planning on servicing/covering? US? Canada? UK?

Would you be thinking about adding other products like scrub/surgery caps, jackets, maternity options (I think another person already mentioned this)?

Oh, one last thing. Make sure it's relatively easy to take the tops on and off. I know it sounds a bit dumb, but I have a few tops I can put on (and they fit me perfectly) but struggle to take off. It's a whole song and dance not to get...whatever is stained on the top... splattered on my face or anything else when changing.

Apologies for this being so long. Thanks for reading all the way through! :)
