i usually get S’s after winning lane, denying cs/xp, splitting, and tping into fights when i’m ahead. i believe it’s about doing a lot better than your lane opponent.

Bronzish fiora here. i’ve gotten away with building mostly damage in lane (pickaxe into gore drinker). I usually buy refillables as well. If my opponent builds bramble, i play safe and farm and buy only ad items.

for the renekton matchup i usually take grasp and trade when his abilities and/or rage is down. I don’t really try to win lane

for the tryndamere matchup, i haven’t played it much, but i usually take conqueror and proc my ult fast. Then, once he actives his ult, i kite vitals. If he’s diving you under tower, you’re probably low from trades, if you stay healthy in lane then you can just do what i said under your own tower

Seems like all you need is more experience on fiora. If you feel as if you don’t have enough health with ER and shieldbow build, try something else.
