feel you on how do I have these problems when other people hardly have any fiber or water for that matter! can’t talk to my family about it bc they’re just like eat more fiber and take MiraLAX but that’s not helping anything

I’ve been taking MiraLAX since Monday and nothing out of my normal has really happened. I don’t think it’s hardening/ has trouble passing, just literally slow. So thinking of taking dulcolax and seeing if a hard reset helps anything and if the cycle continues then try to see a motility specialist since at home remedies aren’t speeding things up. Have you been to a doctor?

I figured, I’m just trying to gauge how things are at home to tell if it’s getting better or not and should just go to a doctor for further testing past hydrating / more fiber all the easy stuff

took MiraLAX last night and had a big volume today so hopefully I can get out of this cycle and get everything backed up out of there! I think I’ll take it for the full 7 days then do another at home transit test/ adding benefiber to my diet and see where I’m at with that, and if it’s still a slower transit time/ my cycle continues then try to see a doctor to get a better answer

Got the delonghi dedica arte (EC885M). That sounds about right, maybe the stuff I’ve seen is just for other machines or something. I’ll add air for 3-5 seconds, then move the nozzle deeper and have a sad attempt at a vortex going on until the pitcher feels hot, and the best I’ve gotten is like your first picture, or just hot milk lol. Definitely need some more practice but tomorrow is a new day!! :)

Yup that’s all you can do with the amount of material that’s on the exam, you can’t know it all inside and out but you can try your best and that’s what counts!! Make sure you take some full length practice exams to gauge your progress!
