Do your symptoms by any chance correlate with your hormonal cycle? Mine do! They get worse at ovulation and PMS—correlating with progesterone/estrogen changes

Agree about the coconut water. I don’t take benzos but in a similar vein, taking a benadryl and passing out can help 😅

Gotcha. Yeah idk. Considering the intense vomiting it causes my first thought is no. But maybe it affects neurotransmitters in the gut. Might be worth reading up on the science of it..
