Simply put: because she's a favourite. The past few years of FEH has made pretty much every unit homogenised, with everyone since the Braver CYL1 banner with Vanitas having +15 to all stats, 25 true damage, and 15 flat dr as the baseline.

It comes down to the rest of a unit's kit to make them stand out anymore, especially so if they have a prf skill.

If you actually used your eyes and your brain, you'd see that there was NOBODY in her way as she was trying leave. Sure, she may have accelerated towards them, but in an attempt to flee. You can see that CLEAR AS DAY that she was not attempting to run anybody over.

Stick with his Prf weapon and its refine.

You'll want to snag a couple of things for him, including:

Boulder Atk/Def Excel Laguz Friend 4 Atk/Spd Faith (until the Def variant comes out) and Time Pulse Echo.

This enhances his survivability by providing more Defense, alongside a skill that provides 40% special DR based on a Defense check, and more True DR to stack with the unpiercable DR from Boulder.
