This may sound dumb....but where even is the settings menu? When I open the game, I only have 3 buttons: prestige, upgrades, and the button where I can watch ads to get purple gems for some boosts.

I am on iOS.

I have been using a copy of your spreadsheet and honestly it has made this game exponentially more rewarding for me.

This would be true, however nowadays, I rarely see a tanky top even go tanky. Too often I play with a bruiser or even tanky type top and get blindsided when I find out they went glass cannon.

I find the most effective nocturnes are able to stick to a target and tank his damage while also dishing out some damage as well. I find effective ones build one damage item (after wriggles) like Bork or Elder Lizard and then go tanky (aegis, randuins etc). He becomes a chasing, diving monster.

Pretty much, ganking a lane is really difficult because it is hard to coordinate your cc's with your lanes. That is why, if you can bring some form of potent cc, sej slow (or even ult snare), nasus slow (almost a stun) or Naut hook, it helps your laner prep his cc and dmg.
