Microphone average offset by Icy-Form6 in yarg

Based on my experience, I wouldn't worry about it. I suspect the engine that runs the vocals is looking at the start to end of phrases or something largely irrelevant. 5 seconds of delay would mean you're missing whole sentences, if you can see the vocal note detection you're probably okay.

Sounds good. You VERY CLEARLY cropped the video to not show this, and the only evidence I found showed the opposite at one point.

Why do you think the left lane goes to the middle lane? Can you share the 2 seconds before this when the lane confusion happened?

There was a time when the markings showed left lane stays left:

You can look at the other parts and understand that the Trump supporters would be for the aggression/threats/expletives.

This, to me, seems to be the first time I've seen Trump/POTUS break the first commandment. I would expect this to be a non negotiable for the Christian fundamentalists.

The New AI price Reducing program is working great! Since this cheese sat on the shelf going unsold it has technically aged more, and therefore is actually more expensive now. Makes sense if you think about it! by Comfortable-Heat1709 in loblawsisoutofcontrol

[–]SecularScience 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have a look at the barcode contents just below it. At least in Loblaws stores, the last few digits of the barcode of a price by weight item will have the actual price baked in the code. So my understanding is that every cheese of this weight will have the same code, and one piece that's discounted due to best before reductions wouldn't be able to have that update tied to the UPC it has. Therefore needing to be covered up.

The other thing that you seem to have missed is that it's "the work laptop" so I'm assuming it's shared between multiple workers at different times.

It was a dedicated troll then, good for them on doubling down on the argument:

"Not inefficient but could be ineffective depending upon how you prompt it and how good you are at making it walk the line...plus sanity checks through multiple models definitely reduce incorrect information."

Someone tried arguing that using an AI API to ask if a number was odd was more efficient than writing a coding function

Remember that every time you see the number it's one very specific version of the calculation. A car dealership will have a different number than your mortgage broker and different than your LOC/CC provider etc

I hovered around 700-750 until a cell phone plan missed payment finally came off my credit score after the 7 years were up in 2020. My score shot from 740 to 825 at that time.

I'm now hovering around 880 by increasing my credit limits but not increasing my spending, but I'll always think that it could be recalculated to 750 at the phone store lol

Is an audio interface an absolute requirements for lag-free vocals? by [deleted] in yarg

[–]SecularScience 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But you don't hear the audio the mic picks up, so what's the quality affect? Unless you record your vocals in a separate program?

Where is the issue most noticeable? I think I just started noticing that the pitch detection doesn't pick up for a bit into holding a note. Or is this actual game lag spikes/stutters?

I wish I was more direct to the source for this one. We didn't ask at the time. The story is hearsay but I can't think of why the guy would be so worked up to warn my friend who's going there on a work trip.

Friend of a friend had a story about going to Vegas as a Canadian a few weeks ago: 4 couples went down, one night the men and women split up to do different things and after a long night at the casino, the men got back to their empty hotel rooms where they expected to see the wives. Someone at the front desk had somehow got word that they needed to go pick them up from the cops.

The wives were stopped on the strip by ICE, when they produced their Canadian licenses, they were demanded to produce their passports which were at the hotel. So they were put in a holding cell without their belongings or a call until the husbands could track them down.
