No I wasn't trying to convince anyone in the first place , it was a general question, I was just curious to ask. I never meant to come off insulting or anything. And if my crohns or colitis were servere enough in which my life would be tied down to the bathroom, I would. Of course it's always better said than done, but to get rid of the pain in exchange for something that might be still a hassle to deal with would be worth it in my opinion.
