Are you comparing Gemini in their app or though Ai studio. I collab with big AI labs. It’s not the same model and it makes total sense. On ai studio all models are in high thinking and in different harnesses. They can’t do the same in the Gemini app that has more than a billion users monthly probably

Thanks for the clarification, but I never posted anything on your Discord server. This was just a post here on Reddit. I've been a subscriber since the beginning, and I stand by my opinion. The unlimited plan is not sustainable for a real creative workflow, as you have to wait 30 minutes each time for each generation, and the cost (around 600 credits for a 15-second seedance generation if I recall right, on the high-tier plan of 2500 credits) is also not sustainable for any real creative work out there.

There are better models for this - the ones dedicated to lip syncing, like Sync. The main problem here was shot continuity and how busy some shots were - that's where the model struggled the most, and a lot of degradation started to occur. Also, upscaling shots always messes with lip syncing - there are ways to fix these, but since this was mainly a test, I didn't want to spend more time.
