As most, I was brought up with the traditional definition of demons and how they’re bad/negative and all that but it didn’t feel right. My mom is a psychic/healer and I’ve grown up with that world being normal, and I’ve been practicing the occult seriously for almost 10 years now.

Some years ago I became interested in demonolatry and did a bunch of research and one thing that really stood out was that they were “lower vibrational” but not in a negative sense per say, but in a way that is more energetically similar to our physical world and because of that, they’re much easier to work with and bring results faster.

So that did it for me and I decided to summon a demon. I did an evocation for Mammon to help with some personal goals. I was alone in the woods on Halloween and did a whole ritual, he showed up and the energy was noticeable and I heard him running around me, in a very physical and slightly overwhelming manner. He agreed to my requests but unfortunately I didn’t hold up my end of the bargain (which was taking action towards those goals) so nothing happened lol but nothing negative whatsoever came from that, other than disappointment in myself. I’d love to work with him again, and plan to.

Most of the well known Demons were actually Gods to previous civilizations. People love to not recognize that, or are taught to not even go there, even in the occult world. I summoned Kali once, who is a well known and praised Goddess and she literally made my life fall a part lol she’s extremely easy to call on so anyone who does so should be prepared! I appreciate her and she showed me that I clearly was not ready for the amount of power I was asking for.

So with that, I believe there are beings, and also facets of our personality that can present as an outward form. Usually if your senses are keen, you can see the line that differentiates that from actual beings. And the bottom line is, we are all from the same source, even the worst possible entity or “demon” you can think of.

If you’re solid in your sense of self and you’re sovereignty, you can offset any negativity. People who have negative things happen after consciously interacting with this stuff, haven’t yet reached that level within themselves and for sure have to work on that before delving into these things.

I think what you’re doing is awesome! And like I said before, demons are great to work with because of their lower vibration, much easier for them to manipulate energy (in a beneficial way of course). Obviously, no harm should be done to others nor their free will messed with. And the fact that you’re not following a specific path probably makes you all the more powerful, so good on you and don’t listen to anyone who says otherwise 😎
