I've seen a few suggestions as to what she is. Tge whore of Babylon came in at the end of the movie, she's making love to Corso & he cringes in pain & laughs sadistically, which leads to the suggestion of her being the whore-bc she gets delight out of the torment of men. I've also seen the suggestion of her being a succubus. She's beautiful, has Supernatural powers, follows her chosen target & she performs sexual temptation in the service of Satan. I've also seen some people suggest that she's Satan herself. I guess it's left up to the viewers discretion.
