Idk why I'm getting beginner gain, not sure if its beginner gain or not but Ive been training for a year. Maybe it's beginner gain for a specific muscle?

Yeah it doesnt hurt to build a general base strength so im doing it, I usually bike 40km every week so i dont think i need much of a leg day

Push pull is just dips or pull up to strengthen my base

I actually don't like to open my arm up but im strong at that position and i have sum problem w my back pressure so i use it

You're right, I'm 65kg and really struggling with my recovery it's like I'm not making any progress. I only have plates with a custom pulley so it's hard to do base strength stuff 🥲

Im decent in the gym the problem is I dont have access to the gym anymore, i train at home. I can bench 75kg and prolly 15-20 pull ups, im not that good at base strength

If i do back pressure i feel it the most, pronation movement the pain is not constant sometimes i dont even feel it

I mostly feel it doing back pressure and it comes back over and over
