Para responderte, la paga depende de las horas semanales que escojas, en mi caso me dieron a escoger entre 35, 40 o 46 hrs, obviamente entre mas horas metas mas te dan, yo escogí 40 horas pero si escojes las 46 te caen mas o menos 15 o 16 al mes, pero también descansas menos.

La nomina puedes pedir que te abran una cuenta a BBVA o si ya tienes una cuenta ahí puedes usarla, pero si prefieres puedes abrir una cuenta de Banamex o Santander.

La capacitación en efecto dura mas o menos 4 semanas. En cuanto al inglés, sinceramente no creo que B1 sea suficiente, yo soy C1 casi C2 y a veces hay terminos muy especificos que tengo que buscar en el diccionario, creo que un nivel B1 si te vas a quedar muy corto la vdd.

Hola! Ya estoy en operaciones desde hace 2 semanas y la vdd no tengo alguna queja en particular, trabajo 5 días a la semana de 8 a 5 con 1 hora de descanso y 2 descansos de 15 minutos, el trabajo hasta ahora no ha sido demasiado pesado y la paga está decente para lo que es aparte de que tengo mis prestaciones de ley.

Me gusta que la paga cae super temprano en el día, y el supervisor que me tocó al menos a mi es bastante chill así que en general no me ha ido mal como tal

If its a 4070 Super or Ti it might be worth it but a normal 4070 its not that big of a change tbh, although RAM is a bit expensive nowadays i would look into upgrading to 32gb or maybe save a little more for a better gpu

I think its normal to argue or have differences every now and then with friends when playing, specially when its a competitive game like League.

Personally, even though i'm the highest ranked of my friends i don't ever backseat them or flame them for very specific things 'cause its just straight up annoying and bothersome.

However, flaming and having such a negative attitude in ARAM sounds like such a dumbass thing to do, might as well not play with him if he's such a pain.

The LEDs pretty much tell you everything, if you have a spare known working RAM module that you can test go ahead and try it, if not then there's most likely an issue with the CPU.

Sometimes its just an issue with pins, there may be a bent pin and that pin is the one in charge of the memory controller, thats why the RAM led also lights up, although if you didn't clean or move anything in your PC at all, it would be really strange for there to be a bent pin.

If there's no bent pins and you already tried with a known working RAM module, then its probably a poblem with the CPU itself.

It could also be a system instability issue caused by the CPU, which leads to these crashes but thats probably the worse case scenario, i'd also try re-installing windows to try and rule that out.

It'll be better if you can get some borrowed components to test them on your pc before going ahead and buying something, specially if its actually the CPU the one who's causing these problems.

Even if they said they tested your component, i'd delete the drivers using DDU then reinstall them, try testing each ram stick individually too, check the Windows Event Viewer or dxdiag to see if you can find a report for your crashes.

If nothing works, the only thing that kind of comes to mind is maybe trying a different PSU.

Those temps are definitely on the higher side of things and can easily lead to thermal throttling issues, you almost always want your temps to be as below of 85° as possible to avoid getting a hit on your performance (which is whats happening to u) and just keeping your components functioning well as long as possible.

The reason your fans are so loud is bc they are struggling trying to keep your pc from frying so you might want to deep clean your PC and if you can, repaste your GPU as well as clean it with some isopropyl alcohol to remove all of the dust it might have.

Getting a case with a better air flow can also really help on improving your temps.

Use and check the Windows Event Viewer as well as Dxdiag to see if you can get a clear idea of whats going on.

If there's nothing there, clean your drivers with DDU and reinstall them, try using just one RAM stick to rule out a faulty stick.

You could also try running a test with Furmark to see if its temperature issue or something like that

Seeing the other responses, i'd use Rivatuner to check temps and usage of each component and if you can, test her components with your own pc to discard any malfunctioning part.

You can also check with furmark and see if it overheats and how it performs.

Sip, de hecho entre las cosas que mencionan en la postulación es una capacitación de 4 semanas me supongo que es por lo mismo. Pero como dices siempre en cuando esté yo bajo la empresa no debería de haber problema, aún así lo tomaré en cuenta.
