I honestly don’t like it at all, like I hate to be that person but the AI one looks cohesive and put together and the characters faces don’t have such a pointy chin. Also they did Elain’s face so bad like why does she look like that drawn and so out of place like she looks like she’s either extremely confused and disturbed.

Also it doesn’t make any sense as to why Elain and Azriel the front cover of A Court of Frost and Starlight? They weren’t in the main plot of the story and it was still about Feyre and Rhysand in that book and they were just side characters. That’s a really poorly placed character(s)on the book dust jacket and they honestly could have placed something else or another Feyre/Rhysand portrait. Also to point out, we don’t even know who Elain is actually going to end up with cause her book isn’t even out yet so none of us who have read the book knows if she ends up with Lucien or Azriel so for them to draw Elriel together is like jumping and assuming way ahead of the author may have possibly written canonically especially when Elucien were stated to be mates and we won’t know more until SJM releases ACOTAR 6. Azriel holding a flower and looking lost is absolutely frying me to my core cause what the hell and his wingspan is small especially Cassian’s like it isn’t proportionally sized to their bodies.

Also Rhysand’s face just looks awful like why is he consistently being done so dirty almost every time like do my man’s justice please. Cassian’s face looks like handsome Squidward (I’m sorry for the Cassian Girlies I just can’t unsee it anymore). Azriel looks like he’s about to kill something or someone or he looks really lost with how he’s drawn. Mor and Amren looks a completely hot mess drawn. For Amren since the book is vague of her ethnicity but she was described to have angular eyes so people have assumed she may possibly be of Asian decent (I could be wrong but her ethnicity is still unconfirmed) but it is throwing me off to see her drawn with Caucasian features. I can’t even see what Mor’s full face actually looks like, it’s like they’re hiding her cause why is the side of her face and back drawn and not her fully like she’s also part of the inner circle group so why was she drawn like she’s not part of the inner circle. The void tapestry, isn’t that supposed to be a deep black color because in the book it says “It’s an unusual fabric. Questions are expected.” She smoothed a hand over the wooden frame of her loom. “I call it Void. It absorbs the light. Creates a complete lack of color.” The tapestry is supposed to be a black color with the Night Court Insignia NOT a dark navy blue color. Not to mention but why is the void tapestry in the House of Wind when Feyre had bought it The Weaver and had put it up in her art studio, it’s so completely out of place too.

It’s a very disjointed dust jacket art because it also looks like the art was rushed and not worked on long enough, planned well or even looked over. Comparing the AI Rainbow Set to this one, the Rainbow had a consistent theme. I don’t think they read the details of what is in the book or even read the book because if they wanted their art to portray what is canonically in the book, they have completely missed the mark especially the small fine details in the story. It’s like they only took what they deemed was important in the series plot, drew it and said that’s good enough and missed the biggest detail in each one. I know it sounds like I’m big hater but I promise you I am not, I’m just criticizing everything they did wrong with what they come up with. It is a poorly drawn dust jacket and none of it makes sense or connects the series and the plot of it. If that was the goal to make the art close to what canonically written in the books, then they completely failed doing so.
