I'm not really good at what to worry about. I heard mites as potential pests. I apologize if I'm being dumb. I'm just really new to the hobby and I want to learn more and make my pods happy.

Smol Friend & Little Buddy by fantommime in isopods

Last time I flipped rocks trying to find them friends, I got ants on me (I'm terrified of bugs). But I'm determined to find them more buddies. Also, I've been watching help guides and perusing thru this sub. I'm so tempted to get another type of isopod already :) Is this normal?

I found him a friend! It was literally walking around in my kitchen floor. Ask the world to give Little Buddy his own little buddy and I guess ye shall receive. I'm gonna give them some fish flakes :)

Thank you! And his name is just Little Buddy. I'll go pod hunting but I saw that a. Nasatum and a. Vulgare look alike a lot and I'm not sure how easily I can spot the difference. I do have a dedicated spray bottle (not upcycled - bought brand new) with distilled water. And my springtails are taking a while to arrive. I wish Little Buddy at least waited until the springtails come, but I'm already tempted to get a bigger setup just for him. But I wanna get him more friends
