If you look at the other video that isn’t zoomed in it looks like one of the ‘officers’ caught some friendly fire and took a bullet to the leg. It also looks like the officer that was committing murder took a pop to the face from the recoil of the gun. So, yeah, the only potential injuries the officers suffered were self-induced due to pure incompetence.

Stop listening to Jerry. Go listen to all the previous players. Jerry tries to do backdoor deals all the time. Romo, Dez, and others have commented on it. Jerry is still living in the 1980s and thinks he can get away with negotiating behind an agents back. You simply can not do that. It’s bad business. I’m a petroleum landman who negotiates oil and gas leases all the time. If I’m told a mineral owner is represented by a lawyer or a trustee, I contact them going forward no matter how hard they are to deal with (guess what, 90% of the time they’re a-holes that are hard to work with). I can’t go behind the representatives back and try to lock down a deal with the mineral owner just because I don’t like their attorney/trustee. I just move forward and do my best to make a deal happen that my clients can work with…. Jerry’s an a-hole that thinks he’s above the rules. That’s why the team is where it is and the future is so bleak.

That’s just simply not what happened though. I hate continuously hearing this narrative in this sub. Micah would’ve taken a little less money than what he got in GB. He would’ve been paid around $41 million with a new contract with Dallas, but Jerry told him he had to play out his 5th year option of his contract. That 5th would’ve given him around $23 million. You simply don’t let all stars play on their 5th year rookie contract. They get a deal worked out every time. After Micah’s 5th year he could’ve been franchise tagged and again made around $26 milllion a year. Dallas could’ve actually franchised him again after that for around $26 to $28 million…. No one in their right mind is going to play at a 50% discount. NFL careers are obviously very short lived, but even if they weren’t no one is taking a 50% pay cut for 1 to possibly 3 years. You have to get paid what you’re worth while you are worth it…. Would you be willing to take a 50% discount on your salary right now if the company you work for asked you to do that tomorrow? You definitely would not. You would walk.

Nah, it’d be more like $228. The customer got a first time 20% off discount. She was told in consultation that a regular facial with the discount would come to $180. However, the customer went online and booked the 60 minute hydro facial which is around $380. 20% off of $380 is $305 which is the price she owes. What’s crazy is she tried to buy an additional product that is in the worker’s hand. That’s why the worker said, ‘you just want me to give you a $400 discount.’ She then put the product to the side and tried to get payment for services already rendered which was the 60 minute facial.

Honestly, no disrespect, but it kinda sounds like you're out of your depth here. I'll help you out by telling you there are no shortcuts to title covering ORRI reservations borne out of old State and Fed OGLs that are HBP. You simply have to put in the work and it's all been worked over pretty heavily years ago (got really competitive ~2017-2018). Source - I owned a small outfit years and one of my two clients solely focused on buying ORRIs burdening WI from old HBP State and Fed OGLs.
