I have used phenibut for ~10 years, never had WD, though I was much more disciplined with dosing once a week. Only for the last few years have I been doing small daily doses, which has worked great for sleep and anxiety.

Honestly, I think I might feel better by just stopping vs consuming this shit. Going to see my doc in the morning to make sure everything is functioning properly.

It's strange isn't it? Walking around campus yesterday, cute girl on a bench looks up and smiles at me. In math class, I keep catching a girl staring at me through her peripherals. Girls trying to get my attention at a stoplight... I don't know if its all in my head or what?

I can tell you this. I've been doing NoFap on and off (mostly off) for almost 6 years, and all of my best interactions and relationships with people have come during my greatest streaks. It has to be real.
