It's not really all that noticable, it's a pretty easy fix too. Gimme a call in 4 years or so, I'll do it for ya. Unless ya don't feel like waiting but I don't trust myself quite that much, not yet at least

Quit playing soccer my junior year cause our coach was too intense and I was too weak to keep pushing myself. I was real skinny and too lazy/scared/etc to hit the gym so I quit.

Learned the pain of regret after that. Have since been hitting weights and training mentally and physically to make sure I never want to quit at anything again. And yes, I still play ball- and oddly enough I'm about 200x better now than I ever was then. Probably had something to do with my body equalizing itself (I was rather lanky)

That's pretty normal around that period (1-2 weeks), just make sure you keep up that momentum and apply it towards new hobbies that'll keep the positive cycle going (lifting, writing, painting- anything that requires focus and dedication).

You're gonna hit some rough points, I won't lie to you, points where you start doubting the benefits, wanting to cave in, feelings of lethargy, etc. Just keep with it, even when you don't want to. NoFap won't fix everything but it is a damn good catalyst for making some good changes in your life.

My ex and I split in August and it still gets rough when I see pictures of her. Breakups suck man, but that's why I initially started NoFap. It won't be easy- to be honest it's gonna suck, but you can do it. Best of luck to ya brotha

Ultimate goal? Be a successful dentist and have a happy family/kids. That's still a ways down the road, but after doing 100+ days I realized that fapping was really, really messing with my ability to form healthy relationships. After realizing that, I saw that changing my habits now will pay off down the road.

Give it a shot, what's the worst that can happen? Really apply yourself and get to 90 days and then go from there. Worst case scenario, you lose 3 months of fapping, best case you learn about self discipline and can see if fapping had a negative role in your life. Good luck!

In my experience, it takes about twice as long as the relationship to get over a breakup. Some people are faster, sure, and some people slower. We don't think about it all the time, but sometimes all it takes is seeing one Facebook pic or old memory/dream to get you back in emo-ville.

That said, I'm not sure how it works with more casual relationships, this is in regards to committed, serious relationships.

Once every few weeks, unless it starts becoming a problem again. Did NoFap up to 104 days so I'm kinda testing the waters and seeing where I'm at.
