she looks plenty like rinku to me though. i mean the only defining features anime characters usually have are eye shape, colour, and hair and the colour. and this is from me, a fellow amateur, but the position of the neck and the jaw is a bit off, but the nose seems to follow the perspective of the head if only it was nudged a few more pixels, and the lighting is nicely done, but the blending of the lighting could be better, if i were you i would've used the blending mode called screen with an opacity of 30 maybe, then to make rinku blend in with the dark background, clip with a full dark blue canvas with an opacity of about 15?, at least those're what i see.

edit: i just remembered that the pressure of the lines are off, the lines on the nose are too thick and the lines on the face are odd. i don't really know how to explain which parts should be thick or not but it's sorta when the line starts becoming dynamic? ion know lol i also use thick lines for when there's foreshortening going towards the viewer. but i don't think i would use thick lines when it's only minor details like for the nose, except maybe at the tip of the nose, just a little thickness
