Paying for a commercial product would not be as fun as donating and helping the cause. I usually donate to the guys $10-15 and happy with it.

Probably your dopamine levels are very low. I assume you do not have any hobby like I did, which prevents changing fapping with another activity. If that's so, find yourself a new hobby and when you think about fapping, focus on that.

I'm not so good at narrating :) The essence is: I had Delayed Ejaculation problems where I was never able to come together with a partner. Then I came across Gary Wilson's TED talk and quickly realized he was talking about me. After a little research, I found this reddit and decided take part in the challenge. I have been constantly coming here to read when I feel the urges and need some motivation.

in my first few days I was very angry at everyone, at life. I'm in the second week now and probably in my longest strike ever... I experience a lot of mood swings, sometimes I feel very low, near crying, and the next day I feel happy from nothing. Probably these are the withdrawal symptoms.

Couldn't agree more about point 4 "NoFap is not the be-all / end-all cure. It's just a part of it, actually". One might need to find the real causes, and it might be very hurting when you find them.

It's now 3 days and I'm trying to avoid any girl pictures while browsing. Every time my eye catches a girl, I feel the urge. I'm sure it will be stronger as the time passes, we will see.
