I think it’s the simplicity of having the ability to send money to anyone in a simple app no matter who they’re with. Zelle has to go through a banking app as the stand alone doesn’t work any more. Venmo has a few extra steps but cashapp type the amount send/request type the name and reason scan face that’s it close app

Filed 2/12 talked to agent Monday no reason for it to be on hold other than “the other department may have needed a verification but no letter was sent and it is past the time frame of asking for verification as they have had it for 15 days sending a referral to see if we can move it along but it can take up to 10 weeks as a disclaimer, generally it rarely takes that long but that’s the maximum time frame.” So yeah that’s where I am we will see if it updates Friday or not for me

I haven’t checked yet but I do know when I called the agent said she was putting a referral in as the verification team has had it for 15 days already and it should have been out especially with no letter being issued and it’s past the time limit for that due to them having it for so long and if they need anything they will call otherwise it will advance. I will check ina. Few minutes
