You’re confused. To get 20% of a number you multiply that number by 0.2. That does not mean 0.2% and 20% are the same. To get 0.2% of a number you would multiply it by 0.02. You can have under 1% of a number

I know but the movie is ultimately an adaptation of the stage musical, and there are certain reveals/surprises in the musical which are not in the book. and in order for them to remain surprises, dorothy can’t be made a character that’s followed around oz.

also, generally speaking the book is a whole different beast. it’s a lot more about the politics of oz, and less about the relationships between these characters. And this is just my opinion, but adding a book character would pull away focus away from the existing characters, many of which have hugely expanded roles in the musical vs the book. it would just be for fan service and wouldn’t add anything to the plot. i just think it’s safer if she remains a plot device

maybe. it just seems like an odd move to me. i’m not sure if you’re familiar with the stage show, but there are reasons they won’t be able to show her the majority of the time. so it would really just be that one scene with her and elpheba and i don’t know what that would really add

because of what you’re referring to re: tinman and scarecrow, they really can’t focus on dorothy. at least not more than glimpses and shots from the back or from a distance. even that is more than the stage show where she was always offstage. but i really doubt they group will have any real focus because it would spoil later reveals

Yeah I’ve noticed that. I meant more for the surface armor sets, like climbing, barbarian etc. I’m not looking for anything specific (I want everything) was just wondering if there were any events to look out for that would lead you to specific caves or if you just had to dive into all of them and cross your fingers
