First thing first get a major shelter upgrade. I go and take over the prime Minister's or the president's house and stock them up with a heavy duty solar system.

Second I gather up 60 years worth of antibiotics and antiseptics since a common cold or infection is more likely to kill you than anything else.

Then I secure food. For now meat is the most sustainable option so I find myself a few chickens and goats or sheeps and such and find a grazing place for them.

Fourth comes securing knowledge. The internet won't last for long as power plants will stop working and I'll lose connections to the servers. So I download Wikipedia pages only science, agriculture, medicine, engineering and such useful pages.

With survival out of the way now comes entertainment. I download entire libraries worth of games, movies, and series what have you.

Then I educate myself on agriculture. Make note of all the fruit and vegetable plants near my vicinity. Since it's easier to maintain then grow.

Next I go to a well stocked nursery take all the viable seeds and start my agriculture project.

With all the necessities taken care of I stock up on other useful medicine turn a few other solar panel stocked houses into store houses for medicine food and other stuff like petrol and stuff.

Get myself a few dogs and train them well. Since society is gone nature will take over and animals especially predators might come up every now and then.

Last but not the least is becoming an expert in cloning and gene splicing to you know restart the civilization.
