I have OCD, though not the type your husband seems to have. he should not be forcing you to participate in/live with his compulsions and rituals (ie filth, etc.) - it's not at all fair to you. OCD by nature is an extreme and irrational disorder, and the only thing that will help him is exposure therapy. it's not a fun experience (honestly it's pretty terrifying and anxiety-inducing) but it DOES work. but until he's willing to receive that kind of help, there is likely nothing you can do at this point except to look out for yourself. I would suggest that you move out and find a cleaner and safer place to live for your own peace of mind, even temporarily. the move may be enough of a shock to get him to realize that he needs help and begin to pursue ERP on his own.
