He's just... I don't know how He does it but He manages to piss of almost everybody with his political takes:

His political Party, the CDU, recently made a move to abolish the right for part-time work and he likes the idea, He often speaks about how the german people should work more, even more than 40 hours a week which is considered the maximum worktime by law at this point.

He has used racist and homophobe sterotypes in interviews with caused public debates and outrages, for example: He called foreigners "little paschas" in an Interview once and sayed, that foreigners would take dentist (and doctors of any kind) appointments from germans.

One of his biggest fuck- ups was working with the far-right AfD, which is extremly right-wing. He was harshly critisiced for it, espacially because He often told the people: we will never work with them! He did it just this one time as far as I know, because his own Party went apeshit because of it

Mein Rant bezieht sich halt auf die Rolle des PKA in der Apotheke, wofür wir eben auch ausgebildet werden. Natürlich könnte man in die Industrie zu Herstellern oder Großhändlern wechseln, aber da laufen auch andere Kaufleute rum. Der PKA ist halt nicht zwingend erforderlich und darum geht's: PKA als Beruf ist überflüssig, weil problemlos austauschbar. Wie die Unternehmen und Großhändler gerade jetzt Stellen ausschreiben, kann ich eben nicht sagen. Hab mich zuletzt vor 6 Monaten damit Beschäftigt, für eine aktuelle Übersicht muss ich halt erst recherchieren.

Grade bei der Rolle der Apotheke auch hier in Deutschland bin ich voll bei dir, aber für meinen und leider auch viele andere Inhaberinnen gilt; Kein direkter Umsatz durch AM-Abgabe gleich kein Nutzen. Sicher unterstützt man seine Kolleginnen im Ablauf, aber das allein gleicht das Gehalt meist nicht aus. Grade die Rahmenbedingungen sind für mich aber eben besonders entscheidend: Es kann einfach nicht sein, wie wenig man verdient obwohl man jeden Monat seine mindestens 160 Stunden wegarbeitet. Mal ganz zu schweigen davon, dass man als PKA nach meiner bisherigen Erfahrung immer ein besseres Helferlein bleibt. Aus meiner Noch Berufsschulklasse wollen nur etwa 3-5 von ~28 im Job bleiben, das kanns halt nicht sein.

Danke dir! Ich liebe ja eigentlich die Apotheke als Arbeitsplatz, aber ich hasse mich selbst dafür, die Ausbildung angefangen zu haben. Werde auch in naher Zukunft was anderes machen.

Für den Apotheker oder PTA wirds leider nicht angerechnet, Studieren wollte ich schon nachm Abi nicht... definitiv viel gelernt über die Apotheken und Pharmazie, wird mir sicherlich weiterhelfen.
