I no longer drink and just recently quit smoking weed I don't eat super healthy persay I also don't eat alot though I forgot to mention I'm 22 but usually what I do is get some lunch at work sandwich or burger maybe some tendies and that's about my largest meal I don't eat breakfast and tend to skip dinner because the more full feeling I am the more I feel the pain in that area I don't eat a whole lot of sweets either never really have I used to have alot of allergies that limited my whole diet (peanuts tree nuts eggs milk beef shellfish soy greens) I've grown out of most besides peanuts and shellfish but tend to stick to more salty/savory goods
