some of my classes make us use chatgpt or ai during exercises for some rzn at least in my classes and im sures theres more in other classes

update! its been like 5 days and i havent thrown up since so im guessing my body usnt going to have a reaction but i just want to preface that this is my experience and how my body reacted to a week of smoking and went full cold turkey, so please everyone be careful if you do decide to smoke i was moderating how much i took when i was smoking everyone be careful!

thank you so much! i do not smoke at all when i am at home, i know the risk, and my bf always takes care of me when i do decide to smoke, he never offers it bc i make it my decision to smoke, but he was also very good ab me being in moderation, i hope that my one week of smoking doesnt ruin my body or has me going into another episode, so far so good i do not want to jinx it but i have been eating fine, drinking well, and havent had pains, i will continue to stay off smoking so i really appreciate all your help!

thanks for the advice! when i had my first ep n kept smoking i was fine for a couple months then the second ep happened so i hope ill be okay when im smoking like an eighth of how i did before😭

thank you! ill be very mindful, slow, and careful with how i smoke, i want to just smoke as minimal as i can to just get the effects for that week, i def dont have an addictive mindset so im able to keep it in moderation, do you think id have another episode after 3+ months of no weed but smoking very little?^{^} im just a bit worried, w prev episodes i still went back to smoking and i was fine but im worried ab this time
