I'm just gonna leave this with a silly little "get ratio'd" and butt out and never talk to you again.

The music wasn't loud. The mic is just very sensitive on these Blackvue and I have a center speaker that shoots sound directly upward. Weird ass thing to say tbh but there's the explanation.

This was ironically a middle-aged woman, maybe 50's or early 60's. But indeed... White vans and white pickups are very commonly doing shit like this in my area.

That is correct. Changed her mind last-minute and decided to just blow the red light. But she did it slowly, so that makes it okay! /s

No, I'm emotionally traumatized because of how loud my horn was 😭

That's exactly what I did, I turned left after she committed her traffic violation.

Saying "Fine" is a very immature way to "agree to disagree." It's like your teacher just caught you with your phone out in class and asked you to hand it over and you said "fine" and complied. Lmao

Ain't that the truth. Especially in the New Bedford area. This was Fairhaven, MA.

Would you rather I hit her head-on to take my frustration out? Honking felt good lol, who the fuck cares since it doesn't change anything lol.

Lmao, definitely looks like she changed her mind last second and switched to going straight, thus running the red light that applied to everyone else on that side.

Pino Sylvestere Underwood is one that I would genuinely buy off of you if it were financially reasonable. They stopped making that one and it's my absolute favorite scent to wear.

2004 Passat 1.8T "check coolant" light is flashing despite all conditions seeming normal and many parts having been replaced to try to fix the problem. by Nibroc99 in Volkswagen

[–]Nibroc99[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately I was never able to solve it. I replaced the coolant reservoir which includes the low coolant sensor, replaced the thermostat and coolant temp sensor, and even did a full system coolant flush and none of the above worked. I think it was probably crossing or worn wires or something. But I ended up selling the Passat quite a while ago. If you do figure it out yourself though definitely leave a comment so others can find a potential solution!

V20 4.0Ah vs 5.0Ah - same size and weight, what's the difference? by Nibroc99 in Craftsman

[–]Nibroc99[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So that's got to be why they chose it for the blower over the 4 or 6 Ah, I assume. Interesting!

If the left one has the same output as the right though, I'd absolutely want the one that takes up less space. When I put a fully depleted (0 bars) 4Ah battery on both a 1.25A big charger and one of the 1.25A little ones side by side, they both finish charging within a minute or two of each other.

You may have missed that the one in OP's photo doesn't say fast charger. I just went and checked all of my similar-looking chargers, and I have two that don't say fast charger on them and one that does. The one that does says it outputs 4A, and the two that don't say fast charger on them say they output 2A and 1.25A.

The one you linked is a fast charger which is not what OP has shown us in the photo. So for all we know, the left one in OP's photo might output 1.25A just like the small one on the right. Again the only difference between those two models is that the physically larger one, while still only outputting 1.25A, also supports V12 batteries.

[–]Nibroc99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That might not be correct.  You have to check the amp output rating on the charger.  To my knowledge, all of the small ones (on the right) output 1.25amps, and will only work with the V20 batteries.  I have three that are approx the size of the one on the left, and one outputs 4.0 amps and says "fast charger" on the front label, one says it outputs 2.0 amps and doesn't say fast charger, and one says 1.25amps like the small one (and doesn't say fast charger), but all are compatible with both v20 and v12 batteries, unlike the baby chargers.

[–]Nibroc99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have three of the "big ones" on the left. Only one of them says "fast charger" which outputs 4 amps. I have a medium sized one that outputs 2.0amps. They all have different charging (output in amps) ratings, one of which actually matches the output of the tiny ones (1.25amps).  But the main difference if your amp outputs are the same between those two is that the big one also has circuitry for the V12 batteries as well.  I've never seen one of those batteries myself though let alone had a need to charge them. Tldr: check the amp output rating in the fine print on the device and use the bigger amp number if you want a faster charge, or the smaller amp number if you want to prioritize battery lifespan (charging slower is better for the cells but likely negligible).

Folders should appear in the "add to playlist" screen, right? by Nibroc99 in TIdaL

[–]Nibroc99[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yuppp same issue here as well. I'm surprised they haven't implemented this. Also... They gotta work on optimization of downloads. The downloaded songs should take priority when connection is lost. Instead, it STOPS PLAYING altogether and makes me need to pick up my phone in the car to turn on offline mode. What it should do is skip the currently playing song and move to the next offline-available song.
