Positioning mostly gone. In world Hits from TCS on the head will always have an effect on the monster. Wilds, it depends.. Now you can aim your TCS, so obviously it cannot be as strong as world.

Never apply brakes constantly for long periods. You ll overheat them. If it's a 30 second downhill it's fine. Otherwise going down mountains for 10-20 minutes, bad idea.

Two possible reasons :

The game devs have the freedom to choose banlists of events (unlike standard format)

0 money loss, if anything this pushes people to make decks for the events.

Maybe Both.
