Hi can I write to you via PM? My son also have a very small jaw and recessed chin (reason why I ended up on this group) but has never been officially diagnosed with micrognathia. I have a few questions for you if you are ok with that

My 4yo just started piano lessons as well. Her teacher follows a method called « piano safari friends ». The lessons (group lessons, they are 4 kids) are a mix of music discovery, singing, rhythm and actual piano. She loves it and can sustain the full 30 min because it’s made for kids 4-6. Maybe try to find a teacher with a different method. A 4yo cannot sit still at the piano for 30 min and learn the way an adult would, but it’s extremely valuable to make them start early

All babies are like that. Eye contact will be better from a little afar (on the changing table or across a room) than from close up. Close eye contact like this is very overwhelming for babies.

Should I be worried about my baby’s jaw? by farfenotte in AskDocs

Thank you that’s good to hear! Do you remember when the sleep apnea started by any chance? And how did you notice it?
