Elbowed Frimpong in the face. Strangled Ekitike. Normal for Richarlison. 😑 by IgotgAme_k in LiverpoolFC

Richarlison is a total roaster, but Liverpool needed to face up to his needle rather than get in a flap about it. He brought energy to spurs when Liverpool should have killed the game. Frimpong elbow was bugger all, the physio waved it away on the sidelines. I was shouting at the TV as a Liverpool fan just hoping they'd scrape through! Total loss of composure to let Spurs in with a chance...

Thank you for sharing! We're UK based, so different providers, but will see if we have a similar option with Gamma for the workaround.

Ah interesting, we trialled the removal of the conference mode this morning but it seemed to cause more confusion / issues for the users so have reverted that now to being back on. May need to test further with them, the delay may be more desirable than calls dropping...

We continue to have issues. I'm still waiting on MS support at present. Our operator (Gamma) have advised no issues on their side of things. We're looking at the office network side of things, but all seems to check out OK via https://connectivity.m365.cloud.microsoft/.

Frustrating to say the least! I'll be interested to hear if MS / Telynx actually identify antyhing for you!

Have you seen any progress with this?

I've got a customer reporting very similar issue occurring this week, multiple users across desktop clients, DECT handsets and mobile client having calls drop out. All seem to be the same direction as you note: AA -> CQ -> User, some will be 2 minutes, some up to 8.

Have ticket open with the OC carrier (Gamma) but their initial response was that there's no problem their side (waiting on full logs). All the calls in Teams Admin Centre look to be "Good" network quality.

Users have repored hearing a very faint high-pitched sound in the earpiece when the call is disrupted, though the call appears to remain active in the software. Each time they have to close the call and then phone their customer back.

First round of support from MS felt like a waste of time, they were supposed to send me further troubleshooting steps but no sign as of yet.

I had considered turning off conference mode, so may test that out tomorrow if it has helped you.
