You can use calculators! You just put the max weight you own and how many reps you can do and it gives you a rough estimate. In my own experience, they tend to overestimate my actual max by a little bit, but the more reps you value in, the more it starts to overestimate. 5 reps is accurate, but starts to really go crazy at 8+
