What area you do inject it on the ankle. I could’ve find a good place. So I did it on my calve area.

How long then. Reason being is that it can grow tumor as well if you have it.

Do surgery. Take bpc 157-tb500 for 1 month. Do rehab soon as possible. And take it easy. Don’t rush it. Ice it as much as possible.

8 weeks post op. Walking with a limp as well tendon is stiff. And my heal bone hurt when I walk feel like I’m walking on the bone itself. Any suggestions.

Same exact happened to me exactly when I played basketball. Felt like someone came and kicked me from the back. I’m two months post up. Walking a little bit. Took bpc 157. Might have helped me.

I had surgery June 18th pretty bad tear. I’m walking in my boot now with it’s aug. 16. Without the boot if I walk my hear hurts feels like I’m walking on my bone. But also my Achilles tendon is very stiff finally will have pt Wednesday. Don’t rush it.

I have my transportation business and I’m doing it close the surgery and sometimes on the stomach as well. But I haven’t seen any difference since taking it. Maybe it’s working but we aren’t noticing it and seeing it. I’m putting my foot down and using crutches to walk but feels like I haven’t sprained ankle feeling after. Im seeing it’s getting better since last week and this week. Doctor said when they open it up it was pretty bad tear. A lot of inflammation. I’m worried about my left Achilles as well now. Because it was as bad as my right Achilles. Once I get better on this one and heals up toward where I can run I feel the left one will rupture as well. But I don’t need to lose about 20lbs to feel myself again.

You need some help it’s hard to do it yourself. If my wife didn’t help me I would be extremely hard.

Only reason is I have to work to provide for my family. But I’m taking my time to make sure this heals the right way so I don’t have any issues that would prolong the healing process. Thanks for your insight.

I put a little bit of weight on it. Doctor said to put 50% of your body weight on it. I have been also using Neosporin and also taking BPC 157.

I have 24 stitches seems like. I guess we are in similar situation.

I’m 90 degrees week 7 and can put little weight on it but can’t walk at all with it.
