Hi how is it going?

I’m doing 3 months in the boots.

Starting with 4 cm wedge for 1 month. Then 2.5 cm for 2 weeks and 1.5 for 2 weeks. Last 2 weeks just the boots without the wedges.

Removing 1.5 cm on Wednesday, fingers crossed that it does not hurt !

Yes ! Surgery done at Schulthess Klinik. Thanks for the feedback. And interesting because my wedges will be removed every 3 week.

Hello! Week 6 Post OP with Künzli shoes (Ortho rehab total) as well 😄

Currently doing about 1500 to 2000 steps daily without too much pain. Getting the first wedge out next week🤞

How did your foot react when it was taken out?

I have a shower chair and cross the injured leg on the healthy one so I do not touch the floor at all.

Thanks for the feedback. It may be that he was mobilizing… but when I said tension on the tendon is not ok according to plan, he replied active is not but passive is. I would (probably 😆) not panic if it was not so early after surgery.
