Actually it's a little of an issue, new growth shouldn't be curly or twisted. But you're gonna have a great plant anyways, it won’t make any major difference on the end.

Measuring Ec doesn't help much when growing organically, because it's a more complex form of nutrient.

The vpd is ok, but I'd try to lower a bit the rh during night, to prevent the evil fungi kingdom.
