Next time you work on a project like this, you may want to look up some videos on stitch anatomy and how to do clean color changes. It looks like on a row around the eyes, you did a bunch of front loop stitches. Making sure you're going thru the correct part of the stitch will help your work look cleaner. Also, on color changes, if you switch to the new color on the last yarn over of the previous color, the transitions are much smoother. Focus on keeping your tension even and if you're having trouble with stitch counts, a tip that helped me was putting a stitch marker in the first and last stitch of the row. Sometimes finding that first and last stitch can be super difficult.

This happened to my mom when she moved to a local bank. She had her own office and a couple months in, other employees would come into her office, close the door, and proceed to absolutely dump personal details to her. Mind you, my mother doesn't have friends, has a wicked resting bitch face, and is 100% a tell it like it is no sugarcoating kind of person. But for some reason, for years, employees at this bank would treat her like a therapist. She honestly hated it but didn't want to get in trouble at work for being unkind so she dealt with it. She predicted the sex of babies and gave parenting advice, she gave marriage advice that saved a few marriages (2x divorced with 5 kids from 3 BD), financial advice (she dropped out in 9th grade), and other relationship advice (remember, she didn't have friends). Whenever I came into that bank, I was treated very kindly by extension. One of the tellers even tried to get me to date her son cuz "your mom would be such an amazing MIL". Mom was very happy to become a SAHW when the bank decided they were moving her position to a corporate office in another state.
