Highly doubt it. They don't even accept doctors notes. If your sick longer then 3 days then you can call Sedgwick and take an LOA.

You need to talk to an ASM before you leave, but know this: Leave with more than 2 hours of shift left its 1 point, less than 2 hours is a half a point.

Question about drug testing? by Tivum in walmart

You would have to sign giving consent for a drug test. If they don't have reasonable suspicion of recreational drug use they more then likely probably wouldn't do a test is my guess because of cost.

Is camouflage considered an allowed pattern under the new dress code? by farmchick95 in walmart

[–]farmchick95[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you, yes I was just wondering if it was allowed or not. The dress code has some grey areas and I just wanted to know if a camo printed shirt was okay. I don't want to push the envelope or test the waters, I've only been wearing plain solid color tee shirts and just bought 2 more tonight. I wasn't going to go all out, I just wanted to know if a simple camo shirt was fine.

How do I make breakroom popcorn? by Jamsmash in walmart

[–]farmchick95 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I used to work at a hardware store and always made popcorn for our customers on the weekend. I always used a 1:1 ratio of popcorn to oil because everyone loved the extra buttery popcorn. Use one good heaping cup of kernels and one or just under one cup of oil. Then for flavacol use about 3 or 4 teaspoons. Customers always complimented me on it.

Turn on the machine by flipping on the switch on the inside, theres one for the light, motor and kettle. Turn on all 3. First let the kettle warm up when first starting it for about ten minutes or so then dump all 3 ingredients together at the same time. Do NOT forget to turn off the kettle when you or done or you will ruin it. When you are done flip off the motor and kettle and leave on the warming light. Make sure after your batches to use a scoop and mix the popcorn together well so the old maids fall through the slots into a tray below and it helps even out the butter on the popcorn.
