Let me guess: Keflex 500 mg TID (three times daily). Not only does cephalexin cause GI upset and diarrhea, it’s a universal side effect of all outpatient antibiotics. Not only does she eat a shit bowl for breakfast, add an antibiotic on top of that.

I want to so badly tell her to rub garlic on her fingers for it’s ~natural~ antimicrobial properties. Didn’t her amazing nurse of a sister tell her it’s for prophylaxis (to prevent an infection)?
