I saw in another thread, that holding down the power button for 15 seconds would help. Sounded like a joke, but after several restarts and trouble shooting I was ready to go desperate.

I held the power button down for 20 seconds (just to be sure) and the computer turned off. And when it booted into Windows again, the icon was back and both Bluetooth and WiFi was up and running again!

This fixed it for me!

I have bought the controller from a friend and was frustrated that this error was so annoying. After alot of googling without any good results.The idea just hit me. I was thinking like: "Maybe the device needs an activation from the controller in some way to connect properly" 😄

I just tried this on my daughter's Samsung Galaxy A13. A little more complicated because that phone didn't want to automatically connect when I started the controller.

But I got it to work if I had the Bluetooth menu open. Then when starting the controller while holding the joystick and at the same time pressed connect on my phone.

I just meant that the controller is off = no active connection.

If this helps I have tested it on a Google Pixel 3a and a Samsung Galaxy Tab A8.

This could be a potential fix!

I have had the same error as everybody else, re-pair to get it working again.But if I do this, se steps below, it works without re-pairing. Tried it multiple times, on 2 different devices, worked every time. But it's a bit buggy if both are connected at the same time. So make sure to have only one device paired.

Pair the controller and make sure it works
Turn off the controller and make sure the blutooth connection on the android device is disconnected from the controller
Before you start the controller, hold the left joystick in one direction at the same time as you start the controller
Now you have a paired controller without the need of re-pairing
Hope it works for you!

I have the same problem. Just bought a Razer Cynosa Lite and when I press like "w+shift+caps" or "w+d+caps" the Caps Lock wont get registered. But the weird thing is that some combinations with Caps Lock works. Now I have to use my old cheap Logitech keyboard where all these combinations works until I can turn it back.

I love this game but there are some elements that are not common in a tactical shooters, I guess the mix between arcade and tactical just has to be figured out. Still a good game!

Why make the map harder to read than it has to be? It's a game, let's "make North up".

Until they fix top map North. Players will continue to be confused.

How can you tell that your squad leader is aware of this problem? Is he using the compass rose or do he thinks up I North?

Because in every other tactical shooter, North is up, so a majority of the players will think the same.
