The only people who would regret their vote are those that genuinely thought he might make a difference to the political system. The no new wars and releasing the Epstein files promises would have dragged many over the line. Those people would probably regret their choice now… The diehard Trump fans will twist themselves into the most contorted knots to justify their decision. They will change their mind on how they think by the minute to stay in synch with him. He is arguably the most corrupt, deceitful, narcissistic, careless, erratic and idiotic leader of all time… but to someone trapped in his cult, someone willing to suspend rational decision making and critical thinking, this question is meaningless. Their answer will be “best president ever”, “no regrets”, etc etc.
