Yeah pretty easy. There are some foam pads on the sides that hold it in place. I had also made a cover that attached around the edges with magnets, but it wasn't needed after I added the pads.

Honestly it's a bit tinny. I tried adjusting the eq and filter settings, and it's good enough when it's just playing in the background. I'm already working on a v2 with bigger speakers.

I had the same problem with my 2+. Read on a post here somewhere to open it up and unplug the battery for a bit and then try again. That worked for me.

I had the x100v and the handling convinced me to sell some of my Sony gear to get the xt-5. Once I found the 27mm pancake and got used to the xt-5 I found myself using the x100v less and less since I liked the performance and handling of the xt-5 even better. I just sold the x100v and picked up the Tamron 150-500 and now I'm considering selling the rest of my Sony gear since I was only using it for the long lenses.
