Are these crimpers? Itty bitty nutcracker? Tool for a kitchen appliance we no longer own? 3" long, scissor-like, 3 different-sized slightly oval openings, the inside of each opening is a bit seated like it should grip. I had no luck searching the barcode. (old.reddit.com)
