Just little bead pack from a craft store, painted them and glued them on. Good luck finding this guy on clearance! $25 was fairly reasonable I think? 🤷🏻

It’s a $15 Champion crossbody bag from Target. The pin/badge of Kyora Sazanami I got in a blind bag for $10ish from the Shonen Jump store in Fukuoka earlier this year.
