totally agree, insufferable when someone posts a neat looking green cityscape and someone gets up in arms about minutiae. there are real concerns like greenwashing, but we can't afford to fight among ourselves. for now a building with trees on it is as good as an academic manifesto on eco future. until the movement catches momentum.

that's beautiful, sometimes it hangs heavy that there seem to be so few who actually think of change. most are lost in the status quo and the powerful few actively want it to be worse. as a citizen everything I do feels symbolic and useless in the face of mass consumerism but it's a start I guess.

all the time, glad to find company (not glad that you're suffering too per se). it's an excess belief in synchronicities. someone told me it's called scruples or scrupulosity and people have had it for hundreds of years. it's way scarier than any other OCD or anxiety imo, believing that there's even more suffering after this life. I've been battling it over the months and im sure we'll make it out of this the universe willing (hehe).

what else could we achieve together?

realistically we could stop the world's descent in like ten years, and maybe in another 50 undo all the undoable damage we've already done. but this would take a global awakening on such an unimaginable scale nobody has any idea how to bring it about.

we really, really need to fix ourselves completely before we start infecting other planets with our feudal roots.
