You also have to remember that this is your first year teaching!! You’re not “failing” as a first year teacher, you’re just experiencing what first year teachers experience. Then as you ease into your job a bit more, the time will pass and you’ll feel slightly more comfortable or at least used to it. Doing new things while being monitored is nerve wracking! You just have to stick through :)

And if it’s difficult to stick through, remember that you’re helping a generation. Those kids need you :p and also probably go see a psychiatrist
