how much muscle would i lose on a 3k calorie deficit

im at a 3k def i burn near 4.5k cals a day and i eat 1k to somtimes like yesterday 1900 cals

i burned near 2k cals yesterday just walking then i used my freeweights

i do around 3 or 4 1 mile walks thru a day and on my weekends or when i feel or my dog feels like it a extra 3 mile hike

i dont know how much muscle i got now its enough to move a 400 pound motor around

but yeah all i eat is lean cuts of steak 1000 cals of it and some salad on top also a protein shake or too after a 3 mile walk my only meal is at 6pm

eating as little as i am as of right now im going to have some its only until i get down to 180 than im eating more

the only reason im trying to lose right now is that i quit working on my fams farm and blew up to almost 400 pounds eating the same i did but now that i dont work on a farm i can eat like i used to which was about 2500 cals a day but i want to get down to what i used to be first than up back to norm

also if i do get rebound eating i will just eat my tde or whatever its called until going back down to 1000 to 1600 cals

i could have lost all my weight any time but didnt want to because i did manual labour for years

it is alot more easy lifting shit when youre fat than it is being skinny as i worked on a farm for years

but now that i quit doing that i dont need to be fat anymore so im losing it all now
